Like my friend Traci Romano confessed last week, she loves shoes and I do too! Traci blogged about her favorites for the new season and I thought a great follow on would be to post my favorite shoes for brides, maids or moms for fall and winter weddings.
I may offend some, but I’m going to be honest: I can’t stand those boring white or ivory “bridal” shoes. They just scream “ick” to me. For my wedding, I wore blue snake skin peep toes and still love wearing them. Shoes can easily make a statement about your personality, so why not bring that into what you wear on your wedding day all the way down to your shoes. I mean, think about all of the other details you really think about to make your wedding reflect who you are. So why not do it with your shoes too?
Some of these may be too “dark” for some ladies, but if you love them, then go for it! Traci and I are off to hunt for the next perfect pair tomorrow, so we’ll update you on our finds! Happy shopping!
