For whatever reason, there are always wedding guests who are strolling in ten minutes after the ceremony has begun.  It not only is a distraction, but it’s just rude.  So here’s a quick tip, when creating your wedding guest welcome baskets be sure to include an itinerary for guests, but tweak the timing on the itinerary to show that the ceremony starting 10-15 minutes prior to what the actual start time is.  Or provide wedding guests group transportation from the hotel to the wedding ceremony site.  It’s a great way to guests there on time.  Your wedding planner will coordinate the transportation logistics so that the last shuttle or bus arrives well before the ceremony start time.  And for guests who live in the area, you might include arrival time on your directions card within your wedding invitation.

Just a little squeeze of LiME….
